Friendship Day - Friday, February 6th
Friendship Day will be celebrated on February 6. To help the day run smoothly and ensure a positive experience for all students, please have your child bring their Friendship Day cards on February 4th so they can be checked by the teacher ahead of time. Thank you for your help with this.

Viking Celebration - Thursday, February 19th
Our Viking Celebration will be held on Thursday, February 19th. We are very excited to celebrate our history unit, and parents who are interested in helping can sign up to volunteer or contribute materials using the link below. We truly appreciate your support.

Academic Updates
Math: We will continue our unit on Area and Perimeter
History: Our Unit Test for the Vikings is on Friday, Feb. 6th.

Literature: We will continue reading Pinocchio by Carlo Collodi. Please make sure your child brings their book to school (see the Classics to Keep page on this blog for the correct ISBN number and link to the book)
