Griffin Coloring Contest
Our Griffin Coloring Contest begins this week! Students will have the opportunity to show off their creativity and school spirit by participating.
Grade 3 Headmaster Coffee – Thursday
We hope you’ll join us this Thursday for the Grade 3 Headmaster Coffee. It’s a wonderful chance to connect and hear from school leadership.
Spirit Day – Friday
Students may wear mums on Friday for Spirit Day. Please see the Headmaster’s email for the full guidelines.
Updated Weekend Homework Guidelines
We have received updated guidelines regarding weekend homework. Going forward, the only third grade homework on weekends will be to read for 20 minutes.
Students do not need to complete their reading log in full over the weekend. Just record the title, author, and minutes read. An updated reading log will be sent home next week to reflect these changes.
Character Dress up Day Form Students may dress as their favorite character from a classic story we read at GHNO or a historical figure we study. Costume proposal slips are due October 22nd and Character Dress up Day is October 24th.
